Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using AIO Inventory. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the AIO Inventory platform, including all web applications, APIs, and related services.
  • "Account" means the account you create to access the Service.
  • "Organisation" means the business entity associated with your Account.
  • "User" means any individual who accesses the Service under your Organisation.
  • "Content" means all data, text, files, and other information you submit to the Service.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an Account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your Account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your organisation.
  • One Account corresponds to one Organisation. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You may use AIO Inventory only for lawful business purposes.
  • You may not use the Service to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • You may not resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Trial

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
  • No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • At the end of the trial period, your account will revert to read-only mode until you subscribe to a paid plan.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

5. Billing and Payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on your selected billing cycle.
  • All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Annual plans are non-refundable except in cases of material breach by AIO Inventory.
  • Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect active annual subscriptions until renewal.

6. Data Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all Content you submit to the Service.
  • By submitting Content, you grant AIO Inventory a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.
  • We do not use your Content for training AI models or for any purpose other than operating the Service.
  • You can export all your data at any time from within the platform.

7. Service Availability

  • We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, outages, or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • AIO Inventory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with immediate effect.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
  • Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before being escalated to court.
